Estate Aana Pana

The largest of the four, and the only one built around a single boulder. Instead of breaking the rock, the house was designed around it, allowing it to rise through the living room and continue through the wall.

Three bedrooms open towards nature, each with a stone-finished rain shower bathspace. Downstairs, the lounge opens onto an outdoor deck, while upstairs, the skydeck sits among the treetops, making it a favourite spot for dinner.

Estate Paathiri

Named after the Paathiri tree beside which it was built, Estate Paathiri is designed around generous indoor and outdoor spaces. A deep veranda runs the length of the house, supportedby log columns and offering a comfortable place to sit even during the monsoon.

Inside, hand-cut stone and reclaimed wood feature throughout the three bedrooms, each designed to open into the surrounding landscape. Above the house, the skydeck offers a second setting for dining, with views of the valley and treetops.

Estate Plavu

Named after the jackfruit tree at the entrance, Plavu is built across three levels that follow the natural slope of the land. Two levels house the bedrooms, while the lowest level opens onto thepool deck.

The boulders found on the site were used to build the random-rubble walls, while teakwood was used for the fixtures. The open-to-sky bathrooms, finished in rough stone, are one of the bungalow’s defining features and earned it the Best Bath and Design Award.

Surrounded by greenery and built with local materials, the bungalow naturally maintains temperatures between 16°C and 26°C, without artificial cooling.

Estate Chadachil

Named after the large chadachil tree that stood on the plot, this bungalow sits at the highest point of the estate, with wide views of the surrounding forest.

A temperature-controlled pool runs along the terrace, with a curtained pavilion beside it, creating a comfortable space to spend the day outdoors.

The bungalow has three bedrooms, a full kitchen and a living room that opens directly onto the terrace. With plenty of space to spread out, it is especially suited to families, giving children room to play and explore within the property.
